Rothka, who joined Octo in 2019, manages finance, accounting, contracts, pricing, HR, and facilities. She serves a critical role in Octo’s strategic planning and analysis, capital financing, budgeting, rate design, mergers and acquisitions, and transformational change initiatives. Under her leadership, Octo experienced 65% year-over-year revenue growth in 2019, and through the acquisition of Connexta, integrated a 125-employee business. Since her arrival, Octo has also seen a spike in efficiencies in almost every area while growing as a scalable organization. Her tenure has included a redesign of the headquarters facility to modernize operations, as well as a redesign of Octo’s indirect rate structure that increased cost competitiveness. Rothka oversaw the strategic reorganization of HR by adding HR business partners and creating a top-talent program to identify and develop talent across the organization.
